Qualifications
- Relatives of employees of Family Rosary Crusade up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are NOT qualified to join the contest.
- Open to professional or amateur film makers and video content creators 18 – 30 years of age. Proof of date of birth will be required upon registration (Birth Certificate / Valid ID).
- Participants may work together in a group of up to five (5) or submit entries as individuals.
- All participants must be residents in the Philippines.
- All talents or actors shown in the video must have a signed Actor Release Form and must be submitted along with your video entry.
- All participants must agree to the complete Terms & Conditions provided to join this contest.
Prizes
By accepting the prizes, winners agree to hold FRC and all FRC employees harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of the use of such prizes. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused by participation in the contest or use/redemption of any prize.
Rights
Ownership of the underlying intellectual property of the project remains with the entrant, with the following exceptions:
- Contestants grant FRC the right to use their names, photographs, statements, quotes, testimonials, and video submissions for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without notification or further compensation.
- Contestants also grant FRC the right to use, reproduce, reprint, distribute, perform, and/or display the entrant’s project video without further compensation or notification to the contestant.
- FRC maintains the right to reproduce, reprint, distribute, perform, display, or exhibit the project for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes on their FB Page, Youtube Channel, during their conferences or at any other venues.
Copyright & Credits
- No copyrighted materials (music, images, video clips, etc.) may be used for this contest unless you own the copyright or have a license to use the material for this contest. Written permission must be obtained and provided upon request for all copyrighted materials.
- All information presented in the video must be cited, giving credit to the original source. Plagiarism of any kind will result in disqualification. You DO NOT need to include your citations in your video. IF CHOSEN AS A FINALIST, you must submit a list of your sources, properly cited.

Important Notes
- This contest is FREE to enter. No entry fee will be charged.
- Pre-registration is required. Interested participants may register by clicking the REGISTER NOW button on this page.
- All participants must read and agree to the Terms & Conditions of this contest.
Video Guidelines
- Participants must prepare a video (live action / animation / motion graphics) that clearly and creatively interprets or conveys Venerable Father Patrick Peyton’s message : “The Family that Prays Together Stays Together”.
- All videos must begin with a title card with a duration of 5 seconds with the following information :
- Name of all participants
- City of Residence
- Title of video
- Total running time (not including the 5-second title screen)
- Video entries must be at least 90 seconds long with a maximum duration of 2 minutes excluding the 5 seconds for the title card.
- Entries must be in English or Filipino with subtitles.
- Format : 16:9 ratio, .mp4 or .mov with at least 1080p resolution.
- The maximum file size is 2GB.
- Participants must take note of the “Copyright & Credits” section under the Terms and Conditions.
Submission of Entries
- All registered participants may submit their video entry by clicking the SUBMIT NOW button on this page.
- A signed/completed Actor Release Form for persons appearing in your video will be required to be submitted together with your video entry. This form will be sent to all registered participants via email.
- Participants should keep at least one (1) copy of their video. FRC will not be held responsible for any films that are lost, damaged, or that do not upload properly.
Judging / Evaluation
- FRC Team will choose twenty (20) finalists which will be uploaded on the official Facebook Page of FRC Philippines.
- A select panel of Judges will be asked to select the winners. A link to the digital file containing all the entries will be sent to the judges by email together with a scorecard on which they can indicate scores for the entries The judges’ decision is final. The decision will be made based on the specified criteria :
- 20% Artistic Merit
- 20% Originality
- 20% Effective Communication of the Theme
- 20% Technical Execution
- 10% Overall Impact and Visual Appeal
- 10% Audience Reaction / Response
- Judges will have 14 calendar days to judge the 20 finalists. The FRC team will tabulate and tally the scores for each entry.

- Announcement of Finalists: March 1, 2023.
- Announcement of Winners: April 1, 2023.
